At AKIRA, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible apparel and accessories. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
